- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪You will sit 2 to 3 hrs in waiting room Just to talk to a doctor for 6 minutes. Dowdy is partner to Arthur and that's a red flag .. Neither of these doctor impress me, it's quite clear they are money hungry. There is plenty of over booking on the schedule to bring in as much money as possible to pay their salaries. If you don't have good insurance they could care less about helping you. I read that Arthur has 60 plus malpractice suits against him..that's plenty to be concerned about. I know someone 1st hand that is now on disability due to his mal practice. I would cross off anyone in that department. .go to another state or go to little rock !
