  It should have got a 0 or less than 0 if I had the money for a lawyer I I would sue them. I filed a complaint over one of their staff connected to them to the Cardiology Department and never could get anyone to take my calls after that or get any calls back I had a cardiologist assistant who new all of my heart conditions yet still ignored that and proceeded to yell and scream in my face repeatedly that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my heart even though I have a pacemaker and four different heart conditions. She had no problem getting in my face being aggressive and actually making me think she was going to strike me she knew I was out of medication and she forced me out of the office into the parking lot and said that they were done with me and wanted nothing to do with me anymore my tachycardia kicked in as well as my anxiety I had a panic attack in the parking lot could have walked across the street to the hospital for treatment if I could but then again I was just taken there by ambulance days before of a suspected heart attach that was a severe panic attack and was supposed to be going over that with Tasha Binns the assistant. I don't trust them either it's their cardiologist assistant and it's also their hospital that is left me many times still with symptoms as I'm leaving and that don't write down the correct reason for visit on your discharge notice I did get that fixed. I took my teenage daughter there repeatedly for random fainting one where she hit her head and ended up having convulsions and throwing up everywhere and both times they just discharged her saying will girls will be girls and they seem to faint alot. Then they would send us home. And if anybody has problems finding verification of all of this it's in medical files it's in complaint files it's in my medical records it's in my daughter's medical records. I would not use the Baptist Health Hospital unless I was unconscious and couldn't pick a hospital although I wouldn't go to c h i either unfortunately Hot Springs has a whole bunch of bad Dr and they happen to be in the hospitals where most of the sick people go. I pray for Hot Springs. I'm posting my complaint because I've gotten no response from anyone maybe this time they'll actually respond. It's not okay to mistreat your patience it's not okay to yell and scream in their face and it's definitely not okay to do those things to a cardiac patient I may have a pacemaker to keep my heart from stopping but that does not give you the permission to send me into a tachycardic panic attack.
