- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Do Not Used this agent or State Farm! Beware you will pay way too much and the premiums will consistently increase. I had boat insurance which I cancelled to go with Geico at a 40% savings ,after 2 months I called to see where my refund was and was told it is State Farm policy to not give refunds on premiums after 5 months. I called the home office and talked to the management. He listened attentively as I said State Farm spends hundreds of thousands of dollars yearly in advertising and steals 313$ from me and for what? The lost good will is tremendous. I e-mail every person I know with the story, bad reviews on facebook,google yelp.yellowpages, and complaints to the state ins. and Attorney General. He sat silent and had nothing to say. Its an unethical practice and may be and should be illegal. ( it is in my business)May 23, 2017by Pam Woodworth
